• Financial data (M-PESA transaction statements, employment status, income range)

• Assess your creditworthiness and eligibility for device financing.
• Process application approvals and manage your ongoing installment payments.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, promotions, or technical support.
• Prevent fraud and comply with Kenyan legal obligations.

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share your information only with trusted partners strictly for the purposes of payment processing, credit assessment (e.g., CRB), and legal compliance.

4. Device Management Software (MDM)

As part of the financing agreement, a Mobile Device Management application may be installed on your leased device. This software is used strictly to enforce payment compliance (locking the device upon default). We do not use this software to access your personal files, photos, messages, or browsing history.
