Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We pride ourselves on supplying high-quality, authentic smartphones. You are eligible to return a device within 48 hours of receipt under the following conditions:

  • The device has a verified factory defect out-of-the-box.
  • The device received is completely different from the model stated in your application/agreement.
  • The device is returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective wrappings intact.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Devices that have physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, deep scratches, liquid damage) caused by the user.
  • Change of mind after the 48-hour inspection window has elapsed.
  • Devices where the software has been modified, rooted, or jailbroken.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved for a factory defect, you have the option of:

  1. A Replacement: We will replace the defective unit with a brand new unit of the exact same model.
  2. A Full Refund: The initial deposit paid will be refunded directly to the M-PESA number used to make the payment within 3-5 business days.

4. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you cancel your application and deposit payment before the device has been processed formulated and dispatched from our store, a full refund of your deposit will be issued without any penalties.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or report a defect, please contact our support team immediately at 0703337047 or email info@phonesoncredit.co.ke. You will be required to bring the device to our Nairobi Business Center outlet for physical inspection by our technicians.
